Claims that 4S eTrans SME will consolidate Prime Cargo's multi-modal services worldwide

By CBR Staff Writer

Prime Cargo Netherlands, a freight forwarding company, has selected Four Soft’s integrated freight forwarding system – 4S eTrans SME, to rationalize and automate its freight forwarding processes. The contract was executed through Four Soft Netherlands, a subsidiary of Four Soft India.

According to Four Soft, 4S eTrans SME is a complete, tailored freight forwarding system, designed to automate, streamline and support the multi-modal freight forwarding operations. It provides the logistics industry with a flexible and complete software system to manage business efficiently, increase productivity and improve the overall service to their customers.

Four Soft claims that the new system, 4S eTrans SME, will allow Prime Cargo consolidate its multi-modal services, worldwide. This will also enable them to enhance collaboration between customers and agents, minimize transaction costs and improve visibility and monitoring of goods throughout the entire export and import processes. The transactional data is shared across business functions, which reduces processing time and business costs, and minimizes the errors due to automated processes and minimal manual intervention.

Richard Gralike, managing director of Four Soft Netherlands, said: Prime Cargo is one of the leading and prestigious freight forwarding and logistics companies in The Netherlands, which offers unique, specialized services to its customers worldwide. We are very thrilled to partner with them for their IT needs. With our expertise and skills in implementing 4S eTrans SME for several years now, we are sure this implementation will aid Prime Cargo focus on managing and growing their business.
