Razorfish Inc has created a bigger, better internet presence for cable and satellite programming provider TVN Entertainment Corp. TVN supplies pay-per-view movies, event programming and other transactional services. The new web site contains information for cable operators, customers and owners of C-Band home satellite dishes. Meanwhile, subsidiary Razorfish Studios has acquired Simon Ventures Ltd, a New York-based artist management firm. The company explains that it bought Simon Ventures so as to increase the stable of artists for its online gallery. Razorfish itself, which has offices from LA to Helsinki, is due to go public in a $57.5m deal next month.
