Prior to adopting ERP Visual, Poli-Film says its software could not efficiently manage information and required manual input throughout the entire manufacturing process. The system generated inaccurate information, slow production times and inconsistencies in the final product.
With the new system, Poli-Film says its material handling and shop-floor scheduling began occurring in real time, parameters could be customized and adjusted with the changing demand of its customer base, and products could be traced back to their raw materials to find and eliminate root causes of potential problems.
