PLESSEY TEAMS WITH AMERICAN CIRCUIT ON ECL ARRAYS

Plessey Co Plc yesterday announced its promised joint venture on ECL arrays and the partner in question turns out to be little known American Micro Circuit Corp, which has a design centre and wafer fab in San Diego, California. The pair will launch a jointly developed family of ECL arrays by the end of 1988.
