It has also been announced that Nick Buckles, currently Chief Executive of the Security Division will succeed Roger as Group Chief Executive from 1st January 2002. Nick will retain his direct responsibilities for Securicor’s Security division.
This long planned succession will facilitate a solid six-month handover period and will ensure that Securicor continues making progress towards its strategic goal of becoming a global leader in the provision of security solutions.
