Pilkington Communication Systems Ltd, a division of the St Helens, Lancashire glassmaking giant, has signed up to offer customers office building wiring services using AT&T Co’s Premises Distribution System wiring schema in the UK. The AT&T product incorporates twisted pair copper cable and fibre optics, and Pilkington plans to add value by integrating its video transmission and CableCad Cable Management products under the name PDS Plus.
