PHONELINK PLAN TEL-ME INFORMATION SERVICE LAUNCH

Newcomer to the London market Phonelink Plc says it will unveil its Tel-Me information service on May 4, providing subscribers with access to data via a modem: Phonelink said it has signed agreements with information providers Thomson Directories, The Automobile Association, British Telecommunications Plc, GB Mailing Systems, Ordnance Survey, Infocheck, British Weather Services, the British Railways Board and the Press Association.
