PHILIPS USFA BV TO CUT WORKFORCE BY YEAR-END

The Philips USFA BV subsidiary of Philips NV’s Hollandse Signaalapparaten BV, which makes cryptographic telecommunications and optical equipment, will cut its 450-strong workforce by some 150 by year-end.
