Premiere Global Services (PGI) has reported total revenues of $108.8m for the fourth quarter of 2010, a marginal increase of 0.7% as compared to $108m for the same quarter in 2009.

The company’s operating income for the quarter was $0.067m as compared to an operating income of $6.9m for the same period last year.

For the quarter ended 31 December 2010, the company has posted net loss of $11m, or loss of $0.19 per share, as compared to a net income of $8.2m, or gain of $0.14 per share, for the same period last year.

For the fiscal year 2010, the company’s net revenues, operating income and net income decreased to $441.8m, $21m, and $4.8m, respectively, from $454m, $45.4m and $13.6m in the previous fiscal year.

PGI founder, chairman and CEO Boland Jones said the company is pleased with the early response to their new iMeet and GlobalMeet offering and with good momentum in customer orders and solid pipelines developing for both products, along with improving trends in their base business, they remain optimistic about the year ahead.
