PGi has launched GlobalMeet in Europe to expand the conferencing services portfolio and the new offering delivers streamlined audio and web conferencing in one simple offering.
GlobalMeet is a browser-based online tool that allows meeting organisers to initiate web conferences and audio calls with participants, removing the need to setup dial-in numbers and passcodes and simple recording and playback features let participants engage in conversation, rather than struggling to take notes.
GlobalMeet includes a multi-Language Interface which is available in English, French and German; a Toolbar Plug-In for use with Microsoft Office Outlook the one-click controls to schedule, start, manage and record meetings from user desktop and mobile Apps thet turns user smartphone into a conference room by hosting and joining meetings right from the user mobile device.
