PFU Systems has released Plug-N-Run L2, a low power version of its new COM Express module, which is a redesign of their Plug-N-Run Ga module.

According to PFU, the Plug-N-Run L2 module is a fully COM Express compliant module in form factor and features, including interfaces such as VGA and LVDS display ports. The Plug-N-Run L2 module is available in both 1.1GHz and 1.6GHz versions using the Intel Z530 and Z510 processors and the US15W System Controller Hub.

In addition, the new Plug-N-Run L2 supports a full complement of serial and parallel interfaces, including 8 USB 2.0 ports, PCI Bus, 4 x1 PCI Express Lanes and GigaBit ethernet.
