Perot Systems has won a five-year extension to its current administrative services agreement with a financial services firm Old Mutual US Life. The agreement extends the current seven-year relationship between the companies until 2014.
Under the contract, Perot Systems will continue to provide ongoing insurance policy administration and IT services. It will also provide customer service, including call centre and claims support, policyholder and new business administrative services, as well as product configuration and implementation.

Perot Systems said that it provides business process, consulting, application and infrastructure services to the life insurance and annuity industries through its licensed insurance subsidiary.
