Perle Systems Ltd, the Canadian network and host access company, has completed the acquisition of Byfleet, UK-based serial input-output company Specialix International Ltd, by purchasing shares in its holding company Prominent Industries Ltd, a deal begun in October (CI No 3,521). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
