Denver, Colorado-based BoldTech has approximately 90 staff based at a center in Hangzhou, China, providing application development and support services. This facility will become part of Perficient’s global delivery network, alongside a center in Macedonia.
As well as application development, BoldTech provides business consulting, customer relationship management, SOA integration, and supply chain management. The company has revenue of approximately $20m and customers include AT&T, Avaya, Disney Mobile, and Sterling Commerce.
The acquisition is Perficient’s third so far this year, following earlier moves for Oracle specialist Tier1 Innovation and E-Tech Solutions. In total, the company has completed 11 takeovers since 2004.
