Peoplesoft Inc has won a contract with the UK’s Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) to implement its Peoplesoft 7.5 ERP system as part of an 18m pound business process redesign by the government agency. The software for human resources, financials and project management will be rolled out to 12,000 employees across 35 sites. Peoplesoft expects the contract to be worth over 4m pounds in software and services fees.
