Auditing and security software tools supplier PentaSafe Inc is merging with its UK distributor PentaSafe UK Ltd. The company plans to expand its operations in the UK with a particular focus on AS/400 and Unix tools. The firm will hire additional technical and sales staff. The Houston, Texas-based firm has acquired four firms in the last six months.
