Pegasystems, a provider of business process management software offerings, and Wipro Technologies, an IT services business of Wipro, have expanded their global strategic alliance to provide BPM offerings and services to worldwide clients.
The companies said that the alliance will focus on developing business offerings worldwide, across a range of industry verticals to help clients improve customer retention. Wipro will leverage Pegasystems’ SmartBPM offering to offer faster offerings to clients.
Wipro said that its clients will be able to better adapt to changing business needs with Pegasystems’ Build for Change technology. Pegasystems’ framework offerings, a library of industry offering accelerators, complement BPM services from Wipro for the customer service, financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.
The two companies will provide full BPM project management, including consulting and delivery resources, training and enablement, and support for establishing client BPM Centres of Excellence (COEs).
