Business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) software appliation provider, Pegasystems has introduced a new version of its Order Management application.

The company said, the new version will offer a consistent customer experience across all channels, accelerate time to market,improve the efficiency and accuracy of order fulfillment for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).

Pega said Order Management for Communications will enable CSPs to orchestrate orders from quote through fulfillment, integrating multiple purchase channels and unifying existing product-centric systems.

The new release also includes integration to an off-board product catalog, product data and aligns with eTOM and SID standards.

The upgraded application is built on a single platform which accelerates the time to implementation and leverages Pega’s Build for Change technology so it can be customised to meet service provider requirements.

Order Management application gives service providers the ability to specialise the purchase process based on customer and offer attributes, such as channel, eligibility, customer preferences and product lineup.

CSPs can also integrate purchase and fulfillment processes to centralised or legacy enterprise product catalog/management applications and configure, manage complex dependencies associated with bundled orders, improving automation and reducing order fallout as well as fulfillment costs.
