Peak Performance and Span Infotech form software-service company

US insurance technology provider Peak Performance has formed a joint venture company with Indian software firm Span Infotech. The new company, Peak & SPAN Solutions, will be a technology services provider for insurance-specific technology services.

Peak Performance has worked with Span Infotech over the past several years, utilizing its IT resources in the development and support of Peak’s insurance specific software.

The joint-venture aims to provide customers with multiple year IT plans and reduce their IT support and development costs by upwards of 30%.

Prakash Grama, CEO of Span Infotech said, It is exciting for Span Infotech to form this new venture with Peak as we see the US insurance industry being currently underserved from an IT solutions perspective.
