PARTS OF RODIME’s 3.5″ DISK PATENT DECLARED INVALID IN QUANTUM SUIT

Rodime Plc looks to have suffered a setback in its quest to win royalties on its 3.5 disk drive patent: Milpitas, California-based Quantum Corp says it has won a court motion for partial summary judgement in its patent dispute with Rodime: Quantum says that the court declared some claims of Rodime’s US disk drive patent to be invalid.
