The three-year project will include upgrading Parkway Hospital’s accounts payable, general ledger, pharmacy and laboratory products. The deployment of Keane’s web-based products will make it easier for staff to access both clinical and financial information.

Jeff Bayer, CFO at Parkway Hospital, said: We have been working with Keane for many years and have always been impressed with their strong presence in the RCM market, as well as the company’s commitment to high quality customer service. The maturity and flexibility of Keane’s EZ-Access Patcom product will meet our patient management needs today and into the future. We look forward to upgrading our systems with Keane and to implementing EZ-Access Patcom to improve workflow and help our staff and the physician offices be more efficient.
