Parallan Computer Inc repeated its assertion that royalties based on IBM Corp sales of its servers are not sufficient to sustain the company on a profitable basis and that no agreement has been reached on future revenues: IBM’s obligation to pay Parallan minimum royalties ended on December 31 and revenues will now consist of actual royalties of IBM sales of Parallan-developed products plus any additional revenues that may be agreed by IBM and Parallan in the future – which doesn’t look at all bright.
