Paradigm Technology Inc, founded in Santa Clara last last year by two semiconductor industry veterans with $3m of seed capital from Grovewood Management, Menlo Park and El Dorado Ventures, Cupertino, has now formed its executive management team and plans to start marketing early in 1989 a family of high-performance static memory chips that embody a newly-developed process and design technology that leads to higher performance and smaller cell size than current technologies: founders of the company, whose first product will be a 256K static, were Norman Godinho and Frank Lee, who formed Integrated Device Technology in 1980.
