PANSOPHIC SYSTEMS CALLS OFF ACQUISITION OF SPSS

Pansophic Systems Inc has called off its proposed acquisition of SPSS Inc announced in November (CI No 555): it had planned to pay $32m for the Chicago developer of data analysis and graphics software.
