PANASONIC CLAIMS FIRST WITH DVD NOTEBOOK

Matsushita Electronic Corp’s Panasonic division says it is the first company to introduce DVD Digital Versatile Disk on a personal computer notebook. Panasonic says its CF-63 is the most powerful multimedia notebook on the market, and is equipped with MPEG-2 digital video decoding and playback and a DVD drive that doubles as a 20x speed CD_ROM drive.
