Palladian Software Inc, yet another company from the Cambridge Massachusetts home of the artificial intelligentsia, has implemented its The Palladian Management Advisor artificial intelligence package on Apollo Computer Inc’s Domain network-based workstations, and agreed joint marketing with the Chelmsford, Massachusetts manufacturer: the product is an expert system designed to help managers across industries and throughout a company assess the bottom line of their business decisions; Palladian reckons that this is the first time a general business expert system has been made available on professional workstations and notes that its conversion of the Management Advisor to Common Lisp will enable many more companies to take advantage of artificial intelligence technology; no prices were given for the pack.
