Paetec Software, a provider of business process outsourcing, has released Version 6.3 of Pinnacle Communication Management Suite of integrated software applications.
The Communications Management Suite allows customers to achieve communications lifecycle management and to consolidate the management and delivery of all technology-related services onto a single platform, the company claims.
According to Paetec, the primary new features in Version 6.3 help organisations conduct interactive real-time analytics, automate provisioning activities with third party carriers and streamline data management associated with an organisation’s federal tax law compliance efforts.
In addition, improvement in V6.3 is the ability for a customer to directly connect to a telecom service provider’s provisioning system.

The company said that they have eliminated the manual intervention with a direct integration to the carrier’s provisioning system to create an electronic-bond.
Cope Ustunkok, product manager for communication management suite at Pinnacle, said: “Our customers expressed a desire to directly interact with data in real time and help them perform advanced ‘what-if’ type scenarios to understand their data. V6.3 allows our customers to perform the analytical capabilities directly into their web browser, and data is now organised graphically so users can better understand their data and make better business decisions.”
