Beijing-based Pacific-Net Linkhead was awarded the contract by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to provide the IVR system for the bank’s telephone banking system. The company will manage the overall telephone banking project ensuring smooth installation and integration of the IVR system with the PBX switch.
