PacificNet awarded contract to develop ICBC’s IVR telephone system

PacificNet has secured a deal with China's largest commercial bank to develop its integrated IVR telephone system, providing vital support to its new telephone banking service.

Beijing-based Pacific-Net Linkhead was awarded the contract by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to provide the IVR system for the bank’s telephone banking system. The company will manage the overall telephone banking project ensuring smooth installation and integration of the IVR system with the PBX switch.
