PA CONSULTING CHIEF RESIGNS OVER QUESTIONS OF OWNERSHIP

Jon Moynihan, chairman and chief executive of the UK computer consultancy firm PA Consulting Group, is to resign, leaving his position by the end of the year. Moynihan, who has been struggling to change the firm’s trust-owned shareholder structure without much success, has been leading the group since 1992, and is credited with returning the company to profitability over that period.
