Consultancy and contract programming and project staff agency P-E International Plc is to acquire computer consultancy Atlantic Consulting BV of Naarden, Holland, for UKP535,000, 80% in cash with the balance made up by the issue of 60,000 new P-E shares. Half the shares will be issued on December 4 after completion, the rest in early 1989; in 1988 P-E intends to merge its existing Dutch operations with Atlantic Consulting whose founder and managing director Gerry de Lang will continue in the role at the expanded company, and join the board of P-E.
