OTP Bank Romania expands self-service areas

The Romanian subsidiary of OTP Bank Hungary, OTP Bank Romania, has expanded its self-service areas at its branch offers by purchasing 105 new NCR personas automated teller machines.

By CBR Staff Writer

OTP Bank Hungary, a top banking institution in central and eastern Europe currently uses NCR exclusively for its self-service solutions. The purchase includes NCR’s APTRA software, comprising of APTRA Advance NDC and APTRA Promote for on-screen product promotions and advertising.

Printec, a sales and service organization, will take responsibility for the installing and maintenance of the technology for OTP Bank Romania.

Besides the hardware and software functionality of the self-service solutions, the proven services of NCR’s partner Printec via 22 service centers across Romania were a further factor in our purchase decision, said Laszlo Diosi, deputy head of the retail division for OTP Bank Romania. Printec has an outstanding presence and extensive experience in NCR self-service solutions.
