Osicom Technologies Inc has won the exclusive US distributorship for Rodime Plc’s Double Play 3.5, 40Mb upgrade kit for the IBM PS/2: it allows dealers to upgrade the IBM PS/2 Model 50 to 40Mb and install the spare 20Mb drive in an IBM PS/2 Model 25; Rodime says the kit upgrades a Model 50, allowing an end user to get a computer similar to the Model 60 for $600 to $700 less.
