Orchid Technology Inc, which went public in London last month, yesterday introduced what it claims is the first enhancement board from a third party for IBM’s Personal System/2 models 50 and 60: the Fremont company’s RamQuest 50/60 is a 2Mb memory board supporting the Lotus/Intel/Microsoft expanded memory specification and costs $995.
