ORBITEL WINS AGREEMENT FROM MATRA

The Orbitel Mobile Communications Ltd joint venture of Plessey Co and Racal Electronics Plc has reached agreement with Matra Communication SA of France for the development and marketing of digital cellular equipment – but there will be no cross shareholdings.
