Oracle has launched new capabilities for midsize companies through Accelerate program, including new Accelerate Solutions, Oracle Business Accelerators, financing options and deployment methods.
Oracle Accelerate for midsize companies combines Oracle Applications and Business Accelerators with industry- and geography-specific deployment expertise to solve business problems in highly targeted deployable packages, the company said.
According to Oracle, the new Accelerate package includes business intelligence, enterprise performance management and CRM On Demand. It has also launched a new HP and Oracle Consulting Accelerate Solution for industrial manufacturing with HP.
The company has also extended its Business Accelerators tool set to include its Dementra for advanced demand planning, Agile product lifecycle management systems, Siebel CRM, and transportation management.
In addition, Oracle has launched a new portal, focused on midsize customers and partners to search for geographic- and industry-specific solutions, as well as a platform for collaboration. It includes a Partner Marketplace that allows customers to find the right combinations of Oracle Applications and Accelerate solutions, the company said.
The Oracle Accelerate also offers other deployment options, including hosting by Oracle On Demand, hosting by a third party, and on-premise hosting all with customisable service packages to meet the needs of each customer.
