Oracle Corp will continue to target India as one of its primary software sourcing centers outside the United States of America said Derek Williams, senior vice-president, Asia Pacific region. India is currently Oracle’s second-largest software developing center with one center based at Bangalore and we are setting up another at Hyderabad. By expanding our workbase to about 700 people in the near future, we are interested in using India as a significant developing base for future software development,” said Williams. He said Oracle will, within the next 90 days, announce its India-specific strategy with regard to its business operations.
