Autonomy continues to expand its OEM network by signing up some of the biggest names in the IT industry including yesterday, business applications giant Oracle. Under the terms of the deal, Oracle will be able to integrate Autonomy's Intelligent Data Operating Layer technology in its products.
Earlier this month, Cambridge, UK-based Autonomy also signed similar OEM deals with IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Symantec. OEMs represent an important part of Autonomy’s business. The company has seen its OEM business spike 300% over the past couple of years.
