Oracle Corp announced a new applications product, Oracle Field Sales Online, at the DCI Sales Force Automation show in San Jose this week. The browser-based customer management tool enables sales people to access centrally-stored sales information and run forecasts over the internet. It’s integrated with Oracle’s Customer Care, Service and ERP applications. It’s due out with Oracle Front Office 3.0 this quarter. Also at the show, Oracle announced additional customer care integration with version 2.0 of its Oracle Internet Commerce Server and version 3.0 of Oracle Web Customers.
