ORACLE8 SET FOR JUNE DELIVERY

Hambrecht & Quist believes that Oracle Corp’s Oracle8, which went into beta testing on both Windows NT and Unix at the end of last summer, should be good for June delivery. Oracle is being tightlipped about its plans because it doesn’t want to affect its Oracle7.3 business, and it won’t even say if both species of the thing will arrive simultaneously. Apparently it should be going into a second beta version about now
