Oracle has extended its Business Intelligence (BI) Applications product portfolio with the introduction of Financial Analytics for SAP.
The new Financial Analytics for SAP helps financial and executive teams by extending complete financial analysis to SAP systems while reducing the complexity and costs of integrating information from SAP.
The company said the Financial Analytics for SAP includes a pre-packaged ABAP code compliant adapter and is certified with its Data Integrator Enterprise Edition to integrate SAP Financial Accounting data directly with the analytic application.
The new offering provides key performance indicators, role-based dashboards, approximately 200 reports, and delivers prebuilt integration, metadata mapping, metrics and an analytic data model.
The company said that it has used its Data Integrator Enterprise Edition to integrate SAP financial data and third-party data sources, to provide efficient loading and transformation of timely data into a data warehouse environment through its Extract Load and Transform (E-LT) technology.
