Oracle has released its PeopleSoft Staffing 9.1 Feature Pack 2 to help staffing firms improve productivity and empower recruiters to enhance client and candidate service.
The new feature pack includes front- and back-office functionality that leverages key components from PeopleSoft’s business applications including, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials and Project Management.
PeopleSoft Enterprise Staffing 9.1 Feature Pack 2 is developed in collaboration with Infosys to help staffing firms improve their business performance and lower total cost of ownership.
The new application is integrated with new pagelets and candidate management tools to help staffing firms in aggregating data, simplifying processes and presenting information to accelerate the rate at which job orders can be filled.
It also includes a new recruiting funnel that provides a one-stop shop for reviewing candidate details and managing the on-boarding process.
The new feature pack will enable staffing firms position themselves to cost effectively adapt to changing client needs and recruiting methods through a web services-based integration framework for resume parsing and job board distribution.
