Oracle has introduced what it calls the User Productivity Kit (UPK) 11.0 and User Productivity Kit Professional 11.0, which the company says will enable customers to create and access engaging content, thereby increasing knowledge transfer and reducing content maintenance time.

The new offerings are content development, deployment and maintenance platforms for increasing productivity and adoption for Oracle, third-party and custom applications projects.

Oracle UPK Professional allows firms to create, access and share content across all phases of the project lifecycle, which helps reduce deployment and adoption time resulting in IT project success.

The latest version of Oracle UPK Professional increases user adoption and knowledge retention through conceptual and transaction-based testing, and engages users with expanded access to additional, relevant information, Oracle said.

The offering will streamline publishing with a redesigned publishing wizard that features publishing to the new Knowledge Center, as well as new HTML publishing options and test case publishing formats for Oracle Application Testing Suite and IBM Rational.
