By CBR Staff Writer

OpenAir, a NetSuite company and a provider of cloud computing professional services automation (PSA) and services resource planning (SRP) software, has launched OpenAir Mobile on BlackBerry AppWorld, to give project-based businesses the ability to manage mission critical services processes via full mobile access for time tracking and expense management.

OpenAir Mobile for BlackBerry only requires a client’s OpenAir credentials to sync with their account. The new application combined with the release of OpenAir Mobile for iPhone, provides the mobile services industry with access to key business metrics, the company said.

The OpenAir Mobile provides services professionals with the ability to run their businesses in entirely the cloud. OpenAir Mobile features that are essential to services professionals include access to OpenAir timesheets and expense management using the easy to use, familiar BlackBerry interface and instantaneous synchronisation with OpenAir account to utilise up-to-date customer, project, and task data.

Morris Panner, CEO of OpenAir, said: Our BlackBerry application is yet another example of OpenAir enabling the services workforce to be as effective as possible. At OpenAir, we offer an outstanding solution that enables customers to conduct their business in the way that makes the most sense for their goals and processes.
