Under the terms of the agreement, OneNeck will manage Isolatek’s Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environment including infrastructure management, operating system administration, database administration, and application administration. Isolatek will also take advantage of OneNeck’s Data Center facilities and 24/7 user support center to track problems and resolve issues.
