The insurer is using a suite of CCC tools, including Autoverse claim management, which assists the auto physical damage claims process. By enabling insurers to electronically exchange claim information with their appraisal partners, CCC says that the tool streamlines the claims process and reduces cycle time, so insurance companies can be more responsive to the demands of their customers.

The CCC Pathways appraisal tool is also being used by OneBeacon. Appraisers can use the Windows-based application with integrated digital imaging. CCC’s electronic communications network, EZNet, is also being deployed in an attempt to exchange information quickly and easily with repair facilities or field staff.

A set of total loss claims settlement services, CCC Valyescope, which provides local market value for provite passenger, commercial and recreation vehicles is also included in the agreement.
