The UK’s smallest mobile phone operator One-2-One is to introduce new tariff packages after its launch offer, where customers could make free calls over the weekend and off-peak hours, went disastrously wrong. The launch offer has resulted in congestion and loss of money over the past two years. This time the only free features included in the packages will be voice mail and message retrieval and yet even these, according to the company, could not last for ever. One-2-One also expects to see the introduction of prepaid cards for the end of the year.
