OMRON TATEISHI ELECTRONICS TO ESTABLISH MANUFACTURING PLANT IN THE NETHERLANDS

Omron Tateishi Electronics Co will establish a manufacturing plant on a 540,000 square foot plot in Den Bosch, Netherlands in the summer: it will invest $9.5m in the venture to make programmable manufacturing controllers and industrial temperature controls, and employ 100 people, with start-up set for summer 1990; it looks for first year output of $16.5m from the new plant.
