OMNIPRINT AIMS OMNIPRINT 426 THERMAL PRINTER AT QUIET PLACES

OmniPrint Inc, Sunnyvale, introduced the Omniprint 426 thermal printer for the OEM market: the 360 lpm printer comes with a 2Kb buffer, expandable to 8Kb, 256 dot per line bit mapped graphics, and RS-232 or Centronics interface; it will be sold for $240 in 1,000-lot quantities and Omniprint is aiming the printer at places that need quiet – hospitals, offices and restaurants.
