OLIVETTI DENIES ANY DELAY IN PC SALE

Ing C Olivetti & Co SpA denied that there was any delay in the sale of its personal computer company after a report in Corriere della Sera that a delay was possible. Olivetti said the sale was forecast to take place by the end of this month, and that there were no obstacles to it.
