This initiative builds upon the ‘Xerox Certified Print Specialist’ program that Office Depot rolled out earlier in 2007.

The company said that its newly upgraded fleet of Xerox color copiers, multifunction devices and production grade printers can produce images up to 2400 dpi to help documents truly come to life. Office Depot added that with an advanced fleet of Xerox color equipment, it is helping small business customers realize the power of color by providing expert advice and a full range of enhanced digital color solutions, including large-format printing, and a quality guarantee with each print job.

Randy Pianin, senior vice president of Office Depot’s design, print & ship depot, said: The proper use of color is very important in order to stand out in today’s business world. By incorporating color elements into a business proposal or presentation, a company will have a much better chance of grabbing the audience’s attention and closing the deal.
